Add new softwares to the motherboard

Meditation increases the capacity of the memory storage by enhancing the powers of attention, concentration and working memory. Working memory is that aspect of our memories that keeps information 'online' prior to it becoming stored in synaptic networks. In another way, it reduces excessive arousal - dampens down 'noise' as opposed to 'signal' and by boosting up gamma 'binding' waves, increases the number of neurons that communicate. Finally, it can take the mind to the deeper levels of brain activity that abounds in theta and delta wave forms. In these phases, access to subconscious memories from slips of tongue, associational memories, dream memories and meaning become more accessible. Children learn through such processes regularly. In other words meditation is one of the most scientifically sophistitcated to do so.
